Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg announces their "No Boundaries Program" starting on Monday, March 9, 2009 and completes on May 16, 2009 at the Germantown 5 Miler/Girl's on the Run 5K.

The owners of Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg announced today that they will offer, partnering with New Balance, a ten week running program for those who are currently physically inactive. This beginning running program will take the participants on a journey to complete their first 5K race. The program will also include health related seminars on topics such as: healthy eating, common injuries and how to avoid them, proper stretching and others. Whole Foods will also participate as a partner to inform participants how to shop for healthy and tasty foods. The goal of the No Boundaries program is to get people off the coach and onto the road to good health.

Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg specializes in health related products including sports and lifestyle footwear, sports bras, technical apparel and accessories for runners, joggers, walkers, and fitness enthusiasts.

"This running program is geared for the beginner, and we hope that we can help those who lead a sedentary lifestyle, change their ways and see the benefits of exercising and eating healthy," said Chris Gault, Owner of Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg. "The sad truth is that there are a lot of people who don't think they can turn their life around and get fit," said Robyn Gault, Owner of Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg. "The truth is they can."

If you are interested in participating in the program, please RSVP by calling (301) 926-6442 or send an E-mail.
