The Annapolis Ten Mile Run still has approximately 500 openings, so if you have been contemplating doing one of the premier runs on the East Coast, now is the time to act. You can register from the Annapolis Striders web site at www.annapolisstriders.org. Scroll through the page and click on the A-10 logo; read the race information and click on the Registration link at the bottom of the page, then follow the instructions.

You can opt to pay the $35 entry fee by credit card online, fax, phone, or mail. This year's finishers premium will be a Men's or Women's Timex IRONMAN watch. Timex representatives will be on hand to demonstrate and answer questions. All entrants coming to the Expo on Saturday, August 23 will receive a clip on wallet, handy for carrying ID and money. This year the Expo will be held at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium West Side from 10 am to 5 pm.
