Photo above: Stephen Ketcham, 25 of Lorton, VA finished 9th
among men in 28:29. The lead women's pack of Russians behind him
included Victoria Klimina (first place in 27:54, 28 years old)
and Elena Orlova (second place in 28:02, age 25).

First photo: Sharon Lemberger, 30 of Washington, DC finished in
29:09 as the third place women.
Middle photo: 21-year-old Paris Caballero of Germantown placed
second in his age group with an impressive 28:16.
Third photo: Elizabeth Feldman of Chevy Chase, MD won her age
group (35-39)with a fast run of 31:38. Ken Umbarger of
Gaithersburg, MD also ran well to place third among his peers
(50-54).

First photo: Victoria Klimina, 28, winner of the 2004 Sallie Mae
10K, led the chase for first place. Dedicated local runner
Dustin Sweeney, 21 of Berryville, VA won the 20-24 age group
with a time of 27:56.
Second photo: It's a father and son passion for the road. Bill
Raabe, 49 of Bethesda, finished second in his age group (29:42)
to match Chris Raabe's second overall finish (25:44).
Bottom photo: Running in the neighborhood, Ronald Ely (age 33)
ran 34:26 followed by 27-year-old Margaret Polcawich's 34:35.

worthwhile with a winning time of 25:14.
