- Merely on her way back from injury, Susannah Kvasnicka (36) of Great Falls won with the second fastest event time as well as breaking her submasters record and tying the fastest division time for the year.
- At the very end, John Butler (24) of Syracuse, NY pulled away from Bert Rodriquez's PR 31:13 to set the event record in 31:04.
- Dressed in colorful garb, Jeanette Dumbrell (39), from Falls Church, best epitomized the Jingle All the Way spirit

- Masters event record holder Andres Wright (42) of Frederick, MD just missed the top ten overall with 33:32.
- Courtney Pendray (left) of Washington, DC and her friend were two of more than 2100 women who ran the Jingle All the Way 10K.
- Richard Adams Jr. (57) of Herndon, VA lit up his own course record with a fine 38:04.

- Erin Swain (26) of Arlington, VA hustled home in a special 36:35 for third overall.
- So to be masters, Ray Pugsley of Potomac Falls, VA crushed the submasters record with a monstrous 31:54 for sixth overall.
- Ohio Drive stayed busy as thousands of colorfully dressed runners jingled all the way.
