2. Billy Cecil, 19, of Swoope, VA, and (a few steps back) Richard Adams, 53, of Herndon, VA ran 6:00/mile pace. Cecil completed the 10K course in 37:26 for 16th place


3. Charlotte Singleton (black clothing) of Leesburg and Kandace Compton, 37 of McLean, VA, finished the 10K in 55:07 and 55:09.
