1. Heidi Wolfsberger (28) of Scranton, PA improved two places and two minutes to 1:16:45 and an overall victory.


2. Fourth place Joseph Ekuom (38) from New York is the submaster winner in 1:09:17.


3. Phebe Ko (25) of Baltimore, MD had an excellent effort falling a mere second back of the runner-up spot with 1:20:15.

1. Race winner Patrick Nthiwa (25) of Fairfax, VA still has company at mile three but not for long.


2. Fourth place Elena Orlova (38) of Gaithersburg, MD has not yet shed free from Paul Jacobson (45) of Gaithersburg, MD. Jacobson known for shorter races was a little nervous before the race, acquitting himself nicely with third in his age group.


3. Michael Wardian (34) of Arlington, VA spent Saturday winning the Lake City 50K in 3:01:51. This morning he races along with Fran Sprtel (36) of Silver Spring, MD who won second in his division.

2. Seventh place Will Christian (25) of Norfolk, VA (1:10:27) is content to bid his time, following Kyle Smits (#17) Baltimore, MD.


3. Chris Craun (62) of Bethesda, MD is already on her way to an age group win in 1:51:41.
