This year's weather found our regular photographer (Kathy Freedman) under the weather. Emmalee Raiford stepped up to the plate to get some fine shots of the race from the start/finish line area. James Moreland usually bases his race reports on what he sees while racing but he had already broken his New Year's Resolution not to sustain a running injury. He placed himself at the bottom of the hill to get another perspective of the race. Most of his shots are of runners triumphantly turning the final corner (mile 6) before charging up that last hill to the finish.
