Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Team Challenge

For the summer 2009 season, The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation (CCFA) is proud to announce two incredibly exciting destinations for our Team Challenge half marathon training program. Want to get in shape for a great cause? Interested in meeting new people? Have a friend or relative with Crohn's or ulcerative colitis? Whatever the occasion, Team Challenge provides participants the opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of millions. Challenge yourself to change a life today!

Summer 2009 Races:

Kona, Hawaii Half Marathon on June 28, 2009
Napa to Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon on July 19, 2009

Information sessions for this amazing program are now scheduled for the following dates:

Meeting #1: 6:15 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 - City Sports, 1111 19th Street NW Washington, DC 20036

Meeting #2: 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009 - Charles E. Beatley Jr. Central Library, 5005 Duke Street Alexandria, VA 22304

Meeting #3: 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009 - Georgetown Running Company, 4461 Williard Avenue Chevy Chase, MD 20815

Meeting #4: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2009 - Potomac River Running Shop, 3924 Wilson Blvd. Arlington, VA 22203

Meeting #5: 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 2009 - The Front Page Restaurant & Grille, 1333 New Hampshire Ave NW Washington, DC 20036

When you train with Team Challenge you will receive everything you need to cross the finish line! In return, you will raise funds to help the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation reach its mission: to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases.
