There's still time to enter the Rockville Rotary Twilight Runfest 8K. The event will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2005, in Rockville Town Center. The Twilight Run Festival begins at 7 p.m. featuring live musical entertainment, dancing and food for everyone; 8:40 pm the Wheelchair race begins; 8:45 pm the 8K race takes off followed by the 1k Fun Run. The event is designed to attract participants of all ages along with our very talented local runners. Then stay for post-race party with refreshments, random prizes and the awards ceremony.

Registration is available online at: www.mcrrc.org/twilighter through Friday, July 15 or at packet pick-up and late registration on Saturday, July 16, at the following locations and times: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at RnJ Sports, 11910-R Parklawn Drive, Rockville; or 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 110 North Washington Street in Rockville Town Center. Please note that packet pick-up is only on race day.

The Twilight Runfest is presented by the Rockville Rotary Club and hosted by the City of Rockville Department of Recreation and Parks. The race is conducted by the Montgomery County Road Runners Club Inc. Race proceeds will benefit the Rockville Rotary Recreation Fund and charitable organizations supported by the Foundation of the Rotary Club of Rockville.
