Crohn's and Colitis Foundation is Recruiting for the ING Miami Half Marathon
By Danielle Rogers
July 9, 2008
Miami, FL
For the Washington Running Report

Be sure to bring your bathing suit, sunscreen, towel, not to mention your running shoes in order to take on the Miami beaches with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation's Team Challenge. We are now recruiting for the ING Miami Half Marathon on January 25, 2009 and we want you on our team!

Help us find cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, two seldom discussed painful and unpredictable digestive diseases. Team Challenge is a half marathon training program that gets you ready for race day -- sends you to exotic locales all expenses paid-- all while you help us raise funds for a great cause. Currently 1.4 million Americans suffer from these diseases and your funds not only go towards finding a cure, but also helping those already affected, to have an improved quality of life.

Information meetings on Team Challenge are being held in September. Please visit www.ccteamchallenge.org for more details on the meetings. Training begins in October and we hope to have you with us! Feel free to Contact Dani Rogers by E-mail or on the phone at 703-865-6130.
