The Fred Smoot's Smack Energy Bar "One Mile Smack Down" will be an event within the "Crystal City Twilighter 5K" and there is no separate registration required.

The "One Mile Smack Down" is a race to the one (1) Mile mark of the "Crystal City Twilighter 5K" and is intended to ensure that people go out fast and keep going.

There will be prize money generously donated by "Fred Smoot's Smack Energy Bar" for the first male and first female to cross the one (1) Mile mark during the "Crystal City Twilighter 5K".

That is it, just be the first male or first female to cross the one (1) Mile mark during the "Crystal City Twilighter 5K" and you win $80.00 from "Fred Smoot's Smack Energy Bar" for winning the "One Mile Smack Down".

"Double Dipping" is allowed (i.e, you can place in the "Crystal City Twilighter 5K" and still win the "One Mile Smack Down") and you must finish the race to be eligible for the "One Mile Smack Down" award.
