DC Front Runners Holds Newcomers Run/Walk
Set for October 13, 2007

DC Front Runners is hosting a special "Welcome Newcomers and
New Members Walk/Run" Saturday morning, October 13, 2007.
The club encourages all people who are interested in running
and walking with DC Front Runners to join us for this special
event. The run/walk will meet at the corner of 23rd and P St NW
(Shevchenko Park) near Washington DC's Dupont Circle.
The walk starts at 9:30 am and run begins at 10:00 am. Our
guests will have an opportunity to experience a walk or run
along our regular 3, 4, or 6 mile Rock Creek Park route, meet
our club members and learn more about our club's various
activities. All are welcome to participate regardless of age,
pace, sexual orientation or running experience.

DC Front Runners is a running, walking, and social club serving
gay people and friends in the Washington DC area for more than
25 years. The club holds weekly group runs and walks, organizes
a members' race and walking circuit, sponsors training
programs, and hosts social events.
