Register early and save! The registration fee is $15; $18 if postmarked after October 7; $20 on raceday. Please fill out the entry form completely and send it along with your check payable to The Marrow Foundation.

Late registration and packet pick-up will be held on Friday, October 25, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Negro Council of Women, 633 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.

On race day, registration and packet pick-up opens near the Hubert H Humphrey Building, Health & Human Services, 200 Independence Avenue S.W. (3rd & C Streets S.W.) at 7:30 am. The start/finish line is on 3rd Street S.W. and the 5K run begins at 9:00 am.

We recommend that you pick up your bib, t-shirt, goodie bag, and ChampionChip on Friday to avoid lines on Saturday.
