There is no race day registration.

Special Friday Evening Packet Pick-up
Register in person or pick up your bib, t-shirt, jingle bells, warm gloves, and disposable Chrono-Track D-tag on Friday December 11 from 5 to 8:00 pm. We will be at the Cleveland Park Potomac River Running store at at 3513 Connecticut Avenue, NW, in the Sam's Park & Shop center, steps from the Cleveland Park Metro station on the Red Line. Potomac River Running Store offers the best brands in running, walking, and triathlon shoes, apparel, and accessories as well as a variety of lifestyle brands.

Packet Pickup and Weekend Registration
Register in person or pick up your bib, t-shirt, jingle bells, and disposable Chrono-Track D-tag on Friday December 11, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm or Saturday from 11:00 to 3:00 pm in the Old Post Office Pavilion, 12th & Pennsylvania Ave. Look for us on the upper balcony. Nearby Metro stations are Federal Triangle (Blue & Orange lines) and Metro Center (Red line). On race day morning, packet pickup begins at 6:30 am in a tent near the start/finish line in West Potomac Park. Runners must register before race day.

Picking Up for Friends
We do allow runners to pick up bibs and t-shirts for their friends. Please note that t-shirts cannot be mailed. You will not need to show us your ID or copies of their ID to pick up for them. We only request that proper communication occur so your friend knows you are picking up his/her materials.

No Race Day Registration
It is a violation of our permit for any event to accept funds (registration fees) on National Park Service property. In order to continue conducting races in both East and West Potomac Parks, we must comply with NPS regulations. Please register before December 14.

The race will begin promptly at 8:00 am.
Note: Even though this is a ChronoTrack (chip) timed event, we cannot accommodate very late starters. At a point in the event, after the start, we have to reset the system to collect finish data. Runners crossing the start line after this has been done will be recorded as the first finishers, greatly complicating the results! Please be prompt.

Pre-registered runners should confirm their entry on the list of registered runners and note their bib number. Don't forget to verify that all your registration information is accurate.

Transfers:
Capital Running Company allows transfers of entries among runners. The registered runner should contact us as soon as possible and no later than Wednesday, December 9, office@runwashington.com with information on the substitute runner: name, complete mailing address, age, gender, phone number, and e-mail address. Please specify bib number, name of event, and name of original registrant.

There are no refunds; confirmations will be sent to on-line registrants only. If you cannot run or pick up your t-shirt, t-shirts cannot be mailed. The use of headphones is strongly discouraged.
