Form a team to represent your company, running club, or a group of friends. Choose a team name and compete against other teams. The top three teams will be awarded a trophy.

Entry Fee: Each individual on the team must register separately, and put the team name on the entry form. Please write the team name exactly the same each time. If possible, a team captain should gather all team entries and submit them together.

Number of runners on a team: Up to ten entrants and including at least one female and one male participant.

Scoring: The times for the top four finishers will be combined to determine the team's scoring time, and will include at least one member of each sex. The three teams with the fastest times will win an award.

Awards: The four scoring members of each winning team will receive a medal or replica trophy.
