  1. The race starts at 8:45 PM. Before the Twilight, comes the milling around the staging area.

  2. The start/finish moved north on N. Washington Street but still the band played on.

  3. Of course if you don't wanna run, you can always dance.

  1. Okay it's getting dark. Let's get this show on the road before it rains.

  2. First the wheelchair, including winner Scot Seis of Rocky Ridge, MD

  3. David Swope of New Windsor, MD (R) battles Scot Seis as the wheelchairs get underway.

  1. And away they go for the opening dash up North Washington Street.

  2. See all the sergeants line up in a row.

  3. Grant Pettrie (#1990) of Alexandria and John Tis (#1771) of Olney, MD start the journey side by side.
