The Olympic Women's 800m was reinstated in 1960, the 400m was
introduced in 1964, the 1500m added in 1972, 3000m and Marathon
added in 1984, the 10,000m added in 1988, the 5000m replaced
the 3000m in 1996, and the 3000m Steeplechase will be
