Local Running Store Named One of America’s Best

Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis has been named one of the 50 best running stores in America by Formula Four Media and Competitor Magazine. The award was presented on November 11 in Austin, TX at The Running Event, the largest trade show for the running specialty industry.
The selection of the top 50 running stores was a year long process and evaluation that began with recommendations by customers, vendors, and other running stores. The stores were then narrowed down after looking at things such as web sites, vendor relationships, credit strength, and community involvement.
The final piece of evaluation came from a secret shopper and took an in depth look at the customer service at Fleet Feet Sports Annapolis. The store earned points for cleanliness, friendliness, product selection, and having a knowledgeable staff educated in both biomechanics and gait analysis. Availability of product, overall presentation, training programs, and group events were also considered. Even having clean try - on socks and taking measurements on the Brannock Device were examined.
