First Ever ChiWeek to be held in North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains

Participants Receive five days of Revolutionary Pain-free ChiRunning or ChiWalking Training from Company Founders

 

The creators of the popular ChiRunning and ChiWalking technique are proud to announce the first-ever ChiWeek. The 5-day event will be led by founders Katherine and Danny Dreyer in the glorious Blue Ridge Mountains. There students will be able to focus on their ChiRunning or ChiWalking technique get a deeper understanding for themselves and their body and learn how to move pain-free and injury-free for a lifetime.

Designed for beginning to advanced ChiRunning or ChiWalking students, daily classes and group runs and walks will help improve participants' running or walking skills by strengthening core muscles, engaging gravity, and teaching them to relax their legs.

Location: Highland Lake Inn, Flat Rock, NC

Highland Lake Inn is a luxurious haven of hospitality, charm, and natural beauty nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. An historic North Carolina resort, Highland Lake Inn rests in a country setting of 26 gently wooded acres on a serene lake. It is situated just 20 minutes from Asheville and five minutes from Hendersonville, NC. Whether guests enjoy art galleries, fine organic cuisine, breathtaking mountain scenery, or some of the world's best outdoor adventures, the Asheville/Hendersonville area is a fabulous vacation destination.

Participants will dine at the award-winning Season's Restaurant which provides gourmet meals from Highland Inn's own organic gardens. Most food requirements can be met. There will be vegetarian options at every meal.


ChiWeek Pricing:

$1650.00 per person from January 1 to March 15

$1725.00 per person from March 15 to May 7

This price is based on Double Occupancy and includes accommodations at the Highland Lake Inn, all meals* (3 meals per day, Sunday June 13 dinner through Friday June 18 lunch), snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, gratuity, and all workshop expenses. About Danny Dreyer
Danny Dreyer is the creator of ChiRunning® and ChiWalking®, revolutionary forms of moving that blend the subtle inner focuses of T'ai Chi with running and walking. His work is based on his study of T'ai Chi with Master Zhu Xilin and internationally renowned Master George Xu and his 35 years of experience, running, racing ultra marathons, and coaching people in "intelligent movement."
