Team Entries 2012

Teams must be coed and composed of a minimum of four people, with the times of the first three finishers used for scoring, one of which must be of the opposite gender.
There will be prizes for the Teams with the categories announced soon.
Be sure to enter the name of your team captain as well as the team name exactly the same on each entry form. Team members can pick up their own packets.
When registering online as a team, it is important to make sure that you complete the entire questionaire. Please do not forget to include the team name and captain when filling out the online registration form.
