Washington, DC Area Indoor Tracks

Thomas Jefferson Community Center, Arlington, VA
Located at 3501  2nd Street South in Arlington, VA, the track has a fast, soft urethane surface. It is a four-lane 200-meter indoor track with eight laps to the mile and a 20-meter turn radius. No metal spikes are allowed on this track. The hours of operation are 6:30 am - 10:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 11:00 - 6:00 pm Saturday (except when special events are taking place). Arlington County residents will pay $195/yr or $8 per visit, and non-residents will pay $558/yr or $16 per visit. For more information, please call (703) 228-5920.

George Mason University Field House, Fairfax, VA
Located on the GMU campus in Fairfax, VA, the 200m track can be used by the general public with the purchase of a membership (minimum $200/3 months;1 yr for $500) through the George Mason University Patriot Club. For more information, please call (703) 993-3215. The hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00 am - 9:00 pm, Friday close at 7:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm (check first; subject to change for intercollegiate practices and events)

Georgetown University Yates Field House, Washington, DC
The Yates Field House is Georgetown University's student recreation facility. This track is not open to the public, however, there are a limited number of public "friends" memberships available; cost is $996/year.

Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex, Landover, MD
Located at 8001 Sheriff Road in Landover, MD on approximately 80 acres adjacent to the Washington Redskins' FedEx Field. The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex includes a 200 meter, 6-lane indoor track, and a 400 meter, 8-lane outdoor track with a poured rubber surface.
