The Montgomery County Road Runners Club presents Kids on the Run and the Kids Marathon at Bohrer Park on Saturday, May 22. Just like last year's fun Kids on the Run and the Kids Marathon, this year's event will feature a toddler trot, 1/2k, 1k and 2k races, and the completion of the Kids Marathon.

Runners in all events will receive ribbons or medals and all participants registered by May 8 are guaranteed a Kids on the Run t-shirt.

Early registration is encouraged for all who participate in the Kids Marathon. The Kids Marathon is an event where the young marathoners will run one mile a day on any of the 25 days between now and May 22, when they will run the final 2k to complete the 26.2 mile distance. The Kids Marathon is an excellent event that delivers fun and a feeling of accomplishment for all participants and will again feature a special awards ceremony for all marathon finishers. All Kids Marathon finishers will receive an official two-sided marathon medal, finisher certificate, and a long sleeve "official finisher" shirt.
