6:45 pm for those who are unable to complete the mile distance.
New this year, will be a special pre-race warm-up for youth
runners (8th grade & younger) at 6:15 pm led by University of
Maryland track athletes from "The Avenue Program".
This race is FREE to MCRRC and Gaithersburg Firebirds club
members, and just $5 for non-members. Registration is race day
only and will be from 6:00-7:00 pm. The event will be held rain
or shine.
Bring the whole family for a fun evening at the track! Many
random prizes, generously donated by Fleet Feet Gaithersburg,
will be raffled off between heats. All runners age 18 & under
