Pacers Running Stores is excited to announce the opening of their triathlon center in their Pacers of Arlington store. The store-in-a-store features great Sugoi and TYR training and racing apparel, swimwear, and accessories from TYR, Fuel Belt, Body Glide, and more! Pacers Running Stores is also the exclusive Arlington dealer of Newton Running, a line of specialized training and racing shoes with close ties to the triathlon and running market.

Join Pacers Running Store on Saturday, April 12 from 8:00 am - noon to celebrate the opening of the new triathlon center in the Arlington store. The day kicks off with an early season brick at 8:00 am led by Pacers own Julie Esch, 2007 age group winner (W 18-24) at Ironman Wisconsin, and pro triathlete Karen Holloway. The store will open at 7:30 am for participants to check in and prepare for the ride. At 8:00 am the group will depart for a 15 mile ride on the Custis Trail, then return to the store and quickly head out for a 3-mile run (bikes will be kept safely inside the store). Afterwards join us for breakfast and an informal question and answer at 10:00 am with Julie and Karen and information and fittings of Newton shoes by Newton Running representatives.

To keep the celebration going, Pacers Running Stores will offer a 20% discount on all items (excluding Bob strollers and Garmin units) until noon. Check out our new selection of triathlon racing and training apparel, as well as swim and race-day essentials. Everyone in the store at 11:00 am is eligible for a drawing for a TYR tri-bag stuffed with triathlon gear, and all attendees will receive surprise giveaways (while supplies last). As always Pacers Running Stores experienced and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to help you find the perfect pair of training or racing shoes.
