Attention all Ladies! Whether you are an experienced runner or walker or a beginner trying to get yourself started, you will be welcome at the new =PR= Women's Only Group Run & Walk in Arlington starting Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.

Potomac River Running (=PR=) Arlington is located at 3924 Wilson Boulevard, across from the Gold's Gym in Ballston and is co-located with Conte's Bike Shop. =PR= is a family owned business, specializing in athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories for runners, walkers, and multi-sport athletes of all levels - beginner to competitive.

The =PR= Women's Only Group Run & Walk will start and end outside the =PR= Arlington store every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m. This low-key group run/walk will cover between 2 and 5 miles and be appropriate for women of all paces and experience levels.

Need a specific goal to get you motivated? Have no fear; we will have some great "prizes" and rewards for participants achieving various targets. So, mark your calendar to join =PR= Arlington every Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m.

Come out to socialize with other runners and walkers, enjoy a safe & positive environment, and have some fun while exercising.
