Reston Runners Present the "Fall into Winter" 10K/5K
from the Reston Runners

Reston, VA

On Sunday, December 12, Reston Runners is sponsoring the "Fall into Winter" 10K/5K race and fitness walk to benefit the Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia.

Start time is 9:00 am at the South Lakes High School in Reston, VA. All racers, joggers, and walkers are welcome and the first 1000 participants are guaranteed a micro-fiber windshirt at packet pick-up.

Late registration and packet pick-up is Friday, December 10 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturday, December 11 from 12:00 - 4:00 pm at the Sport and Health Club of Reston, 11445 Isaac Newton Square, off Wiehle Avenue, in Reston. On race day, December 12, registration and packet pick-up is at South Lakes High School, 11400 South Lakes Drive, Reston, from 7:00 am.

Registrations after December 7, 2004 are $28. Race day registration ($28) from 7:00 - 8:30 am. at SLHS. Kids 14 and under: $15 pre-registered; $18 race day.

Proceeds support Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia, an organization educating and preparing girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

The 10K will begin promptly at 9:00 am on South Lakes Drive. The 5K fitness run/walk starts at 9:15 am on the track inside the football stadium. Random prizes and awards ceremony immediately follows the event.
