On-line registration for the 2008 Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival opens on the morning of Thursday, December 13 at 8:00 AM EST, nearly 10 months before the eighth version of the event starts. Interested runners can sign up at www.thebaltimoremarathon.com or at www.active.com.

The 2007 Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival saw an event record 14,542 runners participate. In addition, every race sold out for the first time in event history. The running festival generated more than $18 million for the city and more than $600,000 was donated to local charities.

The Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival is produced by Corrigan Sports Enterprises, a leader in sports promotions in the Baltimore/Washington, DC region. Founded in 1991, CSE owns and operates the following events: Under Armour Baltimore Marathon, The CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Running Festival, The Charm City Challenge All-Star Basketball Game, The Capital Classic, the Toyota Pro Beach Volleyball Tour and the annual Baltimore BikeJam event.
