Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg Announces "Beginning Woman Running Program"

Fleet Feet Sports Gaithersburg today announced that they will coach a woman's beginning running program at Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg.

This ten-week program starts April 10th and the fee is $120 (early bird special available for $100 if signed up by March 17th). The price includes a training program with daily workouts, a coach, a team technical running shirt and socks, entry to the race, educational seminars, weekly runs, optional additional runs, awards party and a supportive group atmosphere.

Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg is located at 68 Market Street in the Kentlands (between Lowes and Cosi Restaurant). Janet Witkowski, Manager, Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg, will coach the program that is geared towards beginners. The goal will be to complete a 5K race, Run for Roses at Wheaton Regional Park, June 17th.
