This event offers an opportunity for club members and friends to
get together for some friendly competition. You can run at
whatever pace you are comfortable, and you will find others to
push you. It's a short distance and no need to hold back, pure
excitement! How bad do you want to find out how fast you are?
The thrill, getting off to a good start and getting up to your
optimum speed and then holding on and staying focused.
There are records to be set; what names will go down in the
books for the first year? The event is open to runners of all
ages and abilities. If you think you know where you are in your
training come out and get it validated. There will be awards
presented to the top five overall males and females and the top
masters.
