Washington RunHers Announce Summer Track Program

The Washington RunHers kick off their summer track program on
Tuesday, May 10th at Washington & Lee High School in Arlington,
VA. This unique track program is open to female runners of all
abilities who are already running regularly who want to improve
their running form, speed and fitness. The program is coached
by experienced track and roadrunners, Al Logie and John
Rusinko. The workouts are held every Tuesday from 6:15 - 8:00pm
until the end of September. The program cost $100. If you are
not a club member there is an additional $17 cost for club
membership.
