Friday, May 9, will be a busy time in the Falls Church Metro Run & Walk store. Ladies night will be held from 5:30 until 8:00 pm!

Representatives will be on hand from Moving Comfort, Virginia Hospital Center, Spitfire, Vitalia Med Spa, massage therapists, and lots and lots of door prizes from Moving Comfort, Nike, Timex, Balega, Spitfire, and Vitalia Med Spa (including shoes, watches, gift certificates). The first 100 women through the door will receive a free Moving Comfort, A Fit Woman is a Powerful Woman, shirt (subject to sizes on hand), and a lingerie bag.

Come on in for bra fittings by Moving Comfort and free seated and table massages. The store will also have specials on women's products throughout the store. Sign-ups for massage and bra fittings will begin at 5:30 pm.

Shop for a Mother's Day gift, too!

At 6:45 pm, owner Lea Gallardo will give a short clinic on training to walk a marathon. She learned recently that it is very different from training to run one. The clinic will last about 15 minutes.
