Winter Maintenance Program
From the official press release
November 11, 2002
Washington, DC
For the Washington Running Report

The Washington RunHers, the area's only running club dedicated solely to women's running, is once again proud to offer its popular Winter Maintenance Program. This is an exciting weekly program for female runners of all abilities who want to maintain or improve their fitness during the winter months. The workouts are led by the club's coach, Jim Barr. They will include a mix of drills, pick-ups, pace work, resistance and strength training.

The workouts are designed to help runners improve their running form, focus, speed, and overall strength. The coach promises that the workouts will be challenging, spirited and fun.

The program cost is $80 and starts on November 19, 2002 and goes through March 18, 2003.
