Washington RunHers Winter Maintenance Program
From the official press release November 14, 2003 Arlington, VA For the Washington Running Report
A winter running program has been designed to help those RunHers members who would like to maintain or improve their conditioning. The weekly coached workouts will include drills, pick-ups, pace work, resistance, and strength training. The workouts are designed to improve your running form, focus, speed, and overall strength. The program is designed to accommodate runners of all abilities who are running on a regular basis. It's a great way to improve your running during the colder months. The first workout begins on the Mall on Tuesday, November 18 at 6:15 pm. The workouts are held on the Mall and one workout a month will be held at the Fairlington Community Center in Arlington, VA.
