For the Washington Running Report

Got potential? Want that edge to break through? Wanted: male marathoners who have run between 2:40 and 3:20, and female marathoners who have run between 3:10 and 4:00...and all with the desire to run faster! Others accepted on a case-by-case basis. We're looking to develop a Spring '06 team with bi-weekly meetings, long runs, weekly speed workouts, and a focus on mental attitude, toughness and most of all getting faster!

Other team benefits to be determined.

Coached by Doug Mock, a three-time winner of the Annapolis 10-Miler and personal trainer and coach, and Phil Lang, a 32-marathon veteran and current Oakland Mills High School cross country coach. If you've gotten only so fast on your own then let us give your training the personal attention it needs to get you over the hump!

We're currently accepting applications to be a part of the lineup in training for a spring marathon of your choice. A pre-training meeting will be held Tuesday, December 6th , at 7:00 p.m. at Howard Community College. Cost of the program is $300.

Limited to the first 20 qualified applicants - so contact Doug today! For questions and more information contact Doug at 410-964-0498 or Email. A product of F.A.S.T. Personal Training, .
