Thanksgiving Prediction Run to Benefit Special Olympics of Maryland and Historic St. Mary's City

The 6th annual Prediction Run, a 5K race, and walk, will be held
at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 23 at the Visitor's Center at
Historic St. Mary's City. The course is completely paved and
will meander through one of the most beautiful settings in
Southern Maryland. This 5K Prediction Run, 5K race, and walk
will benefit the Special Olympics St. Mary's County.The first 100 registrants will receive an event T-shirt. All
participants will receive a goodie bag, refreshments, and will
be eligible for give-away prizes. The overall male and female 5K
winners as well as the top three male and female finishers in
seven age-group categories will win awards. In the separately
scored 5K Prediction Run, the top five finishers with the time
closest to his or her predicted time will also win awards. Registration is $15 if postmarked by November 14. Race day
registration is $20. All entry fees are tax deductible. Race day
registration begins at 8 a.m. The first 100 entrants receive a T-
