Starting on Sunday, October 6, the Potomac Valley Track Club welcomes young athletes and adult coaches to its 5th annual youth Young Flyers program, 3 to 5 pm, on Sundays:

October 6 and 13 at Washington-Lee High School
October 20 and 27 at O'Connell High School
November and December indoors at Thomas Jefferson Middle School

The cost for young athletes in the 1st through 8th grade is $20 and includes two t-shirts -- one the first day, one the last day -- plush refreshments and great coaching.

Coaches get volunteer credit and the rewards of seeing young athletes grow, plus you get an extra workout every week running with the kids.
