Presents Yoga for Athletes Workshop
Circle Yoga is pleased to present a workshop "Yoga for Athletes
with Sage Rountree" on Saturday, October 18 from 1:00 - 4:00
p.m. Rountree is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, USA
Triathlon and USA Cycling certified coach, and author of The
Athlete's Guide to Yoga. This three-hour workshop, appropriate
for all levels of yoga and athletic
experience, will introduce poses to increase flexibility, core
strength, balance, and focus.Yoga for Athletes with Sage Rountree Saturday, October 18, 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
