CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Half-Marathon
Only 200 Spots Remain

Race looks to sell out for second straight year
Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE) announced today that only 200
spots remain open for the 2005 CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
Half-Marathon at the Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival.
This would mark the second straight year that the event has sold
out and it comes after event organizers increased participation
by 500 from a year ago.
Total registration for Maryland 's premier fall event is up 30
percent and the United Way 5K has seen double the entrants
compared to this point last year.
The 2005 Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival, which consists
of the Under Armour Baltimore Marathon, CareFirst BlueCross
BlueShield Half-Marathon, United Way 5K, Legg Mason Funds Team
Relay and Believe Kids' Fun Run, will take place on Saturday,
October 15, 2005 at M&T Bank Stadium. The event, now in its
fifth year, has generated over 41 million dollars in revenue for
the city and over 2.1 million dollars for local charities.
The Under Armour Baltimore Running Festival is produced by
Corrigan Sports Enterprises, a leader in sports promotions in
the Baltimore/Washington D.C. region. Founded in 1991, CSE owns
and operates the following events: Under Armour Baltimore
Marathon, The Charm City Challenge All-Star Basketball Game, The
Capital Classic, the Toyota Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, the Scion
Trash & Jam (Extreme Sports) and the annual BikeJam event.
