Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE) announced that the 2007
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Half-Marathon at the Under
Armour Baltimore Running Festival has sold out for the
fourth-straight year. The announcement comes after organizers
increased the number of participants from 4,500 to 5,500 this
year. The waiting list for entry into the half-marathon is now
greater than 300.
Overall registration is up 20 percent compared to this time
last year. All the other races are close to selling out and, as
a result, the event has passed the 12,000 runner mark for the
first time in the seven years of the Running Festival.
