Heart Check-Up
Knowing your numbers is an important part of keeping your heart healthy. These numbers can help you and your doctor determine your risks and mark the progress you're making toward a healthier heart.

Refer to this list of numbers you need to know and the goals you need to achieve to reduce your risk for heart disease.

Contact Patty Burke at AHA, the Lawyers Have Heart 10K race director, with any questions: 703-248-1710 or Patty.Burke@heart.org
