DC Area Indoor Tracks

  • Thomas Jefferson Community Center, Arlington, VA
    Located at 3501 S. 2nd St. in Arlington, the track boasts a fast, soft urethane surface. It is a four-lane 200-meter indoor track with eight laps to the mile and a 20-meter turn radius. No metal spikes are allowed on this track. The hours of operation are 7:00 am - 9:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 1:00 - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Arlington County residents will pay $145/yr, and non- residents will pay $420/yr or $14 per visit. For more information, please call 703-228-5920.

    The Yates Field House is Georgetown University's student recreation facility. This track is not open to the public, however, there are a limited number of public memberships available. Only members or guests of members may run here. Please visit their website for more information.
  • Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex, Landover, MD
    The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex is located on approximately 80 acres adjacent to the Washington Redskins' FedEx Field in Landover, MD. The Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex includes the following components: Field House, Fitness Center, Learning Center, Gymnastics Center, Aquatic Center, Outdoor Track and Sports Field, Festival Field, and Support Areas.
