The 4th Annual Jingle All the Way 10K will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at 8:00 am in West Potomac Par Celebrate the season with a run near the Potomac River and FDR Memorial. Capital Running Company brings this holiday- themed 10K race to Washington, DC.

T-Shirts
Long-sleeved, 100% cotton t-shirts with a colorful, holiday-themed design will be given to all registrants.

Refreshments
Food and hot beverages will be provided following the race for all participants and volunteers. Bottled water will be provided on course near the two and four-mile marks, and at the start/finish lines.

Again in 2009!
The Jingle All the Way 10K has been designated by the Suntrust National Marathon and Half-Marathon as the official qualifying race for the 10K distance! Our flat, fast course will help you get to the starting line on March 2009.

Additional Information
There are no refunds; confirmations will be sent to on-line registrants only. If you cannot run or pick up your t-shirt, t-shirts cannot be mailed. Headphones are strongly discouraged during the race.
