A printable, faxable registration form is also available if you do not wish to register on-line. Fax credit card entries only to: (703) 760-9805, or send completed forms along with your check payable to "Plaza America Family 5K" to Plaza America Family 5K, Atlantic Realty, PO Box 791346, Baltimore, MD 21279-1346. Please do not mail the registration form after May 9, or fax after May 11.

The 5K registration fee is $18; $20 after May 1; and $25 on race day. Children 12 and under are only $10 in either the kids fun run or 5K!

Registration fee includes rental of a ChampionChip, t-shirt, a great race, post-race refreshments, random prizes, and entertainment.

ChampionChip owners may provide their personal seven-character ChampionChip identification number and deduct $2 from their entry fee.

Packet pick-up and on-site registration will be held in the lobby of the office building at Plaza America, 11730 Plaza America Drive, Reston, Virginia, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, May 13, and on Saturday, May 14, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

On race day, packet pick-up and on-site registration will open at 7:00 am near the start/finish lines at Plaza America.
