  3. Maxime Tellier (23) of Washington, DC holds off a hard charging Andrew Hawley (29) of Washington, DC by a mere second in 37:53.

  3. William Schaffer (39) of Arlington, VA cruises to a 36:49 finish, fourth sub master.
