Dominic Legasto (#754) makes the turn into the next lap.

  1. Ranked Runner Edwin Martinez (35) of Alexandria, VA adds an excellent 34:43 to his winter resume. David Miller (23) of Falls Church, VA closed to finish one second back.

  2. Ranked Runner Matt Boyd (36) of Fredericksburg, VA is gearing up for a big spring. His times continue to come down. Here he adds a 34:47 finish.

  3. Bradley Mongold (29) is from West Virginia where he has finished top ten two years at the Capon Valley 50K. At this mini-race he finished in 35:01.

  1. Ranked Runner George Buckheit (49) of Reston, VA is second master in 35:18. In July, he becomes the nightmare of the new division.

  2. Ranked Runner Erik Kean (29) of Arlington, VA struggled through a 35:25 finish. At The Twilight 8K in July, he ran 25:26.

  3. Ranked Runner Gene Inserto (35) of Woodstock, MD is continuing to build his winter rankings with a third race. His 35:30 is his best so far as he enters the new division.

  1. Ranked Runner Max Lockwood (37) of Washington, DC is recharging after some overuse injuries have slowed him down. His 35:35 finish was slower than all thirty-four of his races for 2006.

  2. Ranked Runner Mike Hart (51) of Washington, DC has this infectious smile that makes you forget what a competitor he is. He gets faster every year and is a threat to win his division. At the race, he won easily in 36:01.

  3. Scott Monroe (25) of Arlington, VA runs a very credible 36:42 on a cold winter morning.
