1. David Kent (35) of Arlington, VA flies home in 35:46 for second in his division.


2. Win Persina (47) of Washington, DC is back with a metronomic 40:07. It will not be long before she breaks back under forty minutes.


3. Espen Kateraas (38) of Washington, DC finished 13th overall and still had to scramble for an award. After the top ten, he was third sub master in 36:27.

1. Ryan Mammen (31) of Woodbridge, VA had a straight up, standing tall form that easily wins him third overall in a solid 32:29.


2. Ofelia Perotti (51) of Alexandria, VA mowed down an elite field in November. For this race she blasted home a mile ahead of second place in a Best of 2007 40:47.


3. Martin Lanz (34) of Washington, DC finishes ninth in an excellent time for the average runner. Lanz is coming off a 2:38:15 at the Marine Corps Marathon and was probably hoping for an even faster finish.
