1. From Dixon on the West Coast, Eric Anderson, age 29, ran 3:03:41.

2. Rebecca Golbert, age 31 from Washington, D.C., hit the finish area in 3:45:33.

3. Chris Monheim of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, works with Coach Mike Spinnler. The 33-year-old settled for 11th place with a 2:49:16 performance.

1. Westminster, Maryland was represented by Paul Miller, age 38. Miller's time was 3:09:06.

2. What did you do when you were 19 years old? David Aronovic of Silver Spring ambitiously finished 26.2 miles in 3:09:14. 52-year-old Terrence Hakkola headed east from Plymouth, Minnesota and reaped a reward of 3:09:14 also. Great run, young and older!

3. Katherine Tromble calls Finksburg, Maryland home. At age 30, she finished in 3:46:15.

1. Smiling Malcolm Gilbreath, 34 of Reston, braved the wet course conditions to finish in 3:11:42. Ronald Busch, age 41, found a greater enthusiasm for the finish line and slipped ahead with a 3:11:40. Busch lives in Germantown.
2. Columbia, Maryland is 32-year-old Conrad Orloff's home base. He ran 2:51:48 for 14th place.

3. Another Minnesotan, Dale Heinen of Shoreview and age 47, took 17th in 2:56:18. He finished third among masters runners.
