  1. Martin Lanz (33) of Washington, DC gives the full effort, racing fifth overall in 33:15 with one target five yards in front of him and number six breathing down his neck.

  2. Runner-up Lauren Muldoon (25) of Washington, DC was always in the race for the win, finishing in 42:01.

  3. Even with green hands grand master winner Mike Hart (51) of Washington, DC (36:36) cannot quite hold off the charge of half-his-age Ronald Nelson (27) of Washington, DC (36:33).

  1. With a spiffy 7:07 pace Michael Golash (63) of Washington, DC wins his division.

  2. Former MCRRC President Jean Arthur (44) of Silver Spring, MD finishes third in her age group with 48:28.

  3. Joseph Ersinghaus (18) of 18 Andrews AFB, MD is the first teen and the only one less than a 6:00 pace, running 37:01.

  1. Christopher Nowakowski (28) of Baltimore, MD gave Rodriguez a real battle for the runner-up spot, finishing third by a whisker in 32:35.

  2. Sixth place Kristyn Oldendorf of Washington, DC is just twenty-one and wins her age group in 45:14.

  3. William Scott (59) of Glenarden, MD will soon be sixty. He is well aware that his 43:24 finish would have been tops in 60-64.
