if possible and make your race experience a pleasant one!
The race will begin at 9:00 am.
Pre-registered runners should confirm their entry and note
their bib number prior to coming to pick up. Do not forget to
take a
look at the
lists of registered runners for your bib
number, and to make sure your information is accurate.
Transfers: Capital Running Company does allow transfers
of entries among runners. The registered runner should contact
us as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday, March 4,
(
office@runwashington.com) with information on the
substitute runner: name, mailing address, age, gender,
and e-mail address. Please specify bib number, name of
event, and name of the original registrant.
We do allow runners to pick up bibs and T-shirts for their
friends. Please note that T-shirts cannot be mailed. However,
it is strongly recommended that you pick up your own rental
ChampionChip on race morning. Each runner is responsible
for returning the Chip assigned to him/her.
We only require that the proper communication occur so
that you and your friend(s) are aware of the arrangement and
can find each other on race day (or before). It is hard
to find an individual in a crowd that size!
