On-Site Registration & Pickup

Pre-race packet pickup will be held on Friday, March 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Pacers Logan Circle located at 1427 P Street NW, Washington, DC 20005.

 

Pre-race packet pickup will also be held on Saturday, March 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Pacers Alexandria located at 1301 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

 

Look for special offers on shoes and apparel in each store!

 

Race day registration and packet pickup will open at 7:00 a.m. in a tent on Pennsylvania Avenue near Freedom Plaza (between 13th and 14th Streets).


Please pick up your bib, ChronoTrack disposable D-tag, and t-shirt on Friday or Saturday if possible and make your race experience a more pleasant one!

Pre-registered runners should confirm their entry by checking the List of Registered Runners below and note their bib number prior to coming to pick up. If your registration information is not correct, please send an e-mail message with the revisions.

We do allow runners to pick up bibs and T-shirts for their friends. Please note that T-shirts cannot be mailed. We only require that the proper communication occur so that you and your friend(s) are aware of the arrangement and can find each other on race day (or before). It is hard to find an individual in a crowd that size.

Transfers

Capital Running Company allows transfers of entries among runners. The registered runner should contact us via e-mail as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday, March 6, with information on the substitute runner: name, mailing address, age, gender, and e-mail address. Please specify bib number, name of event, and name of the original registrant.
